Please note that we may not be able to recover your account once it has been deleted.
1. If you want to delete your entire Xodo Sign account , you need to delete your team members and companies first. Navigate to the Team section in the left menu and select all your team members:
Select "delete" from the right drop-down menu:
2. To delete your business, navigate to the business settings in the left menu and select the "Delete Business" button in the top right (repeat this step for each active business you have):
3. After deleting your team members and companies, please navigate to the top left drop-down menu and click on "Account":
At the bottom of the following page you will see a red button that says “Cancel Account. Click this button to delete your entire Xodo Sign account including all your companies, documents and data.
