We got automated reports that our worker to process the uploaded documents is currently down.

The root cause got detected and our engineers are working already on a fix.

👉 For the time being you cannot access documents in your eversign account.

We are currently experiencing issues with email deliveries where emails are not sent from eversign accounts. Our team is investigating this issue with high priority.

At the moment document completion e-mails were not sent to participants of the document (requester, signer, cc). However, it does not have any effect on the document completion itself.

👉 The issue is resolved, but we could not recover the notification e-mails.

We got several reports from our customers that eversign e-mails are not delivered, as well as warnings that they contain unsafe links.

The issue is related to our transactional e-mail provider MailChimp, which got apparently blacklisted by Microsoft Office 365 e-mail service.

Some mailboxes have so-called "quarantined" e-mails, it blocks incoming messages on a higher level than your inbox and therefore you or an administrator needs to allow it. The reasons for this can vary in every case, but it seems that Microsoft classifies our e-mails as spam.

We were able to resolve the issue individually, by changing the configuration of our account there.

👆 Unfortunately this does not change the fact for the e-mails which were sent in the past.

Due to a deployment earlier that day our database was piled up with requests. This lead to both slowness of the platform and login issues at random.

Our engineers detected the service degradation and started to work on a quick solution.

👉 Everything is back to normal and eversign is up and running.

Due to required maintenance work on the eversign core system, there will be a service interruption between 06:00 (GMT+1) and 07:00 (GMT+1).

The following features won't work:

  • Signup
  • Login
  • Send a Document
  • Sign a Document

If possible, please try to avoid using eversign in that timeframe since we will put the platform into maintenance mode. In case you are utilizing the eversign API please make sure that you have proper error handling implemented.
