Once a standard Template has been created, it can be used over and over again for different signers. In order to use a template, look it up in your Templates list and click the righthand "Use Template" button.
When using a template, any signer and CC roles you specified during its creation can now be filled with contact details accordingly. Additionally, if any Mege Fields were specified while creating the template, these fields can now be filled as well. In our video example, a "Price" merge field has been specified for this template. Once all information is entered, your template can be sent for signature.
