In-Person Signing is a feature that disables email verification for signers, allowing them to sign a Template Link directly on your device. When enabled, the signer simply enters their name and email address in person - no email link is sent.

How to Enable In-Person Signing
- Go to Templates in the left navigation menu.
- Find the Template Link you want to enable In-Person Signing for.
- Click the dropdown menu on the right side of the template row.
- Select Enable In-Person Signing.
- The button next to the template will change from Send Link to Sign Now, confirming that In-Person Signing is active.
Important: Only In-Person
When In-Person Signing is enabled for a Template Link, that template can only be signed in person on a device logged in to your Xodo Sign account. The Send Link feature will be disabled. To re-enable sending by email, disable In-Person Signing from the same dropdown menu.
