On Sunday, January 22, we will perform scheduled maintenance from 09:00 AM until 10:00 AM (GMT+1). The maintenance will include system optimizations, infrastructure upgrades, and bug fixes. During the mentioned period, eversign might be temporarily or entirely unavailable. Normal operations are resumed once the maintenance is completed.

eversign is currently facing issues during the signing experience of users working with Avast or AVG as their antivirus program. Our team is investigating this issue already and is working on a fast solution. An update will follow soon.

The antivirus software providers have confirmed that the false URL threat detection has been removed. Everything should be working as expected now.

We have detected an ongoing issue with sending documents to Yahoo and AOL email addresses. Please note the issue has been escalated further to our engineering team and is currently being investigated. Yahoo Support has been contacted. We will post further information as soon as there are any updates.

Please note we did not receive any updates from Yahoo so far as we are trying to prioritize this incident with them. Unfortunately, we cannot influence their blocklist and settings from our side. We are waiting for further information and reasoning behind the outage caused.

We are happy to inform you that the email delivery issue is now resolved. We did not detect any blocked emails since 17:30 (GMT+2) yesterday.

Yahoo team did get back to us but we are not yet informed about the reasoning for the error messages and email rejections. We will be inspecting this further with them and post any updates as they arrive.

We have detected an issue with accessing documents and templates via the Xodo Sign dashboard. Our team is currently working on the resolution with the highest priority, and we will post additional updates as soon as there is any new information.
