How to Delete a Business

If you no longer need a business in Xodo Sign, you can permanently delete it. This removes all documents, templates, and team members associated with that business.

Warning: Deleting a business is permanent and cannot be undone. Download any documents you need before proceeding.

How to delete a business

1. Switch to the business you want to delete.
2. Go to Business Settings in the left navigation.
3. Click the Delete Business button at the top right of the page.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Delete business vs. cancel account

• Delete Business — Removes only the selected business. Your Xodo Sign account and any other businesses remain active.
• Cancel Account (found on the Account page) — Deletes your entire Xodo Sign account, including all businesses. Do not confuse these two options.
