If you no longer need a business in Xodo Sign, you can permanently delete it. This will remove all documents, templates, and team members associated with that business.
Warning: Deleting a business is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to download any documents you need before proceeding.
How to Delete a Business
- Switch to the business you want to delete (see How to Switch Between Businesses).
- Go to Business Settings in the left navigation menu.
- Click the Delete Business button at the top right of the page.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Deleting Your Business vs. Canceling Your Account
Delete Business only removes a single business from your account. Your Xodo Sign account and any other businesses remain active.
Cancel Account (found on the Account page) will delete your entire Xodo Sign account, including all businesses. Do not confuse these two options.
