Xodo Sign System Requirements

Xodo Sign works in most modern browsers on any device. Here are the requirements for the best experience.

Basic requirements

Stable internet connection
Access to an email inbox
Ability to receive SMS on a mobile phone (for SMS authentication)
Ability to download PDFs

Supported operating systems

Desktop:

Windows 11 or newer
macOS 15 or newer

Mobile:

Android 15 or newer
iOS 18 or newer

Supported browsers

Use the latest stable release of any of the following:

Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Microsoft Edge
Safari

Recommended screen resolution

For the best experience, use a screen of HD resolution or larger (1280x720 minimum). 1400x900 or higher is recommended.

Browser settings

Cookies must be enabled
JavaScript must be enabled
If you use ad blockers or content blockers, allow the Xodo Sign platform

Note: Document authoring, templates, and advanced admin features are optimized for desktop browsers. Use a desktop browser for creating and managing documents.
