If you need to transfer ownership of your Xodo Sign business account to another user, you can do so through Business Settings.
Before you transfer
Make sure the new owner:
- Has an active Xodo Sign account
- Is already a member of your business (see How to Invite Team Members)
How to transfer ownership
- Log in as the current account owner.
- Go to Business Settings in the left navigation.
- Click the Team Members tab.
- Find the team member you want to make the new owner.
- Click the More options menu (⋮) next to their name.
- Select Transfer Ownership.
- Confirm the transfer.
Important: Once you transfer ownership, your role changes to Admin. Only the new owner can transfer it back.
