If you need to transfer ownership of your Xodo Sign business account to another user, you can do so through Business Settings.

Before You Transfer

Make sure the new owner:

  • Has an active Xodo Sign account
  • Is already a member of your business (see Invite Team Members)

How to Transfer Ownership

  1. Log in to your Xodo Sign account as the current owner.
  2. Go to Business Settings from the left navigation menu.
  3. Click the Team Members tab.
  4. Find the team member you want to make the new owner.
  5. Click the More options menu (⋮) next to their name.
  6. Select Transfer Ownership.
  7. Confirm the transfer.

Important: Once you transfer ownership, your role will change to Admin. Only the new owner can transfer it back.
