Account Ownership Transfer

If you need to transfer ownership of your Xodo Sign business account to another user, you can do so through Business Settings.

Before you transfer

Make sure the new owner:

  • Has an active Xodo Sign account
  • Is already a member of your business (see How to Invite Team Members)

How to transfer ownership

  1. Log in as the current account owner.
  2. Go to Business Settings in the left navigation.
  3. Click the Team Members tab.
  4. Find the team member you want to make the new owner.
  5. Click the More options menu (⋮) next to their name.
  6. Select Transfer Ownership.
  7. Confirm the transfer.

Important: Once you transfer ownership, your role changes to Admin. Only the new owner can transfer it back.
