Xodo Sign is a powerful e-signature platform, but like any software, there are some limits to be aware of. Understanding these limits will help you prepare your documents and avoid issues.
Document limits
- Page rotation: Xodo Sign does not support rotating pages within the platform. Rotate your pages before uploading.
- Merging documents: You can merge up to 200 documents into a single Xodo Sign document.
Signer limits
- A single document can have a maximum of 200 signers.
- If you are on the Free plan, the limit is 5 signers per document.
File size and format
- Maximum total document size: Up to 500 MB per document (all uploaded files combined).
- Supported document formats: Xodo Sign supports text-based files (PDF, Word, Excel, and others), but PDF files produce the best results. See Why You Should Use PDF Files for more details.
- Supported image formats: Only .PNG and .JPG image files are accepted.
