Quick Send lets you send a document for signature without going through the Document Editor. Instead of manually placing signature fields, Xodo Sign automatically adds a signature page to the end of your document with date and signature fields for each signer. Use Quick Send when you need to get a document signed fast and don't require custom field placement.
How to Use Quick Send
- From your Dashboard, click New Document.
- Select a signer type: Me Only, Me & Others, or Others Only.
- Upload your document by clicking Choose Files or dragging and dropping it into the upload area. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, TXT, PNG, JPG, and PPT.
- In the Signers & CCs section, enter the name and email address of each signer. Click Add Signer or CC to include additional recipients.
- Optionally, fill in the Title & Message section with a document title and a personal message for your signers.
- Click the Quick Send button in the top-right corner of the page.
- Xodo Sign will automatically attach an additional page to the end of your document with date and signature fields for each signer, and send it immediately.
What Happens After Quick Send
Your document is sent to all signers right away. Each signer receives an email invitation with a link to sign. Xodo Sign adds a signature page automatically, so there is no need to place fields manually. You can track the status of your document from the Documents page.
Quick Send vs. Prepare
Quick Send is ideal when you want to send a document immediately without customizing the layout. Prepare opens the Document Editor, which lets you manually place signature fields, text boxes, checkboxes, date fields, and more anywhere in the document. Use Prepare when you need precise control over where signers interact with the document.
