If a document is currently in process and a signer has not yet completed their signature, you can send them a reminder. Reminders are a useful way to gently nudge signers without having to reach out manually.

Note: A signer can only be reminded once every 24 hours.
Remind all outstanding signers
- Go to the Documents page in the left navigation.
- Find the document that is currently In Process.
- Click the action button on the right side of the document row.
- Select Send Reminder to send a reminder to all signers who have not yet signed.
Remind a specific signer
- Open the document by clicking on its title.
- In the document overview, find the signer you want to remind.
- Click Send Reminder next to that signer's name.
Automatic reminders
You can also set up Auto Reminders in your Business Settings to automatically send reminders at scheduled intervals. See the Auto Reminders article for details.
