If a signer hasn't completed their signature yet, you can send them a reminder directly from your Xodo Sign dashboard.
Note: A signer can only be reminded once every 24 hours.
Send a reminder to all outstanding signers
- Go to the Documents page in the left navigation.
- Find the document with an In Process status.
- Click the action button on the right side of the document row.
- Select Send Reminder to notify all signers who have not yet signed.
Send a reminder to a specific signer
- Click the document title to open it.
- Find the signer you want to remind in the document overview.
- Click Send Reminder next to that signer's name.
Set up automatic reminders
When creating a document, you can enable the Reminders toggle in Document Settings. This automatically sends reminder emails to pending signers after 1 week and again after 1 month — so you don't have to remember to follow up manually.
You can also configure auto reminders globally in your Business Settings. See the Auto Reminders article for details.
