Xodo Sign is a powerful e-signature platform, but like any software, there are some limitations to be aware of. Understanding these limits will help you prepare your documents correctly and avoid issues.
Document Limitations
Page Rotation: Xodo Sign does not support rotating pages within the platform. If your document needs to be rotated, do this before uploading it to Xodo Sign.
Merging Documents: You can merge up to 200 documents into a single Xodo Sign document.
Signer Limits
A single document can have a maximum of 200 signers. If you are on the Free plan, the limit is 5 signers per document.
File Size and Format
Maximum file size: Files uploaded to Xodo Sign can be up to 30 MB. Files larger than this will not be accepted.
Supported document formats: Xodo Sign supports text-based document files (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.), but PDF files produce the best results. See Why You Should Use PDF Files for more details.
Supported image formats: Only .PNG and .JPG image files are accepted.
