Edit Account Details

You can update your personal account details — including your login email, name, and billing address — from your Account settings.

How to edit your account details

1. Click the business name dropdown in the top-left corner of the screen.
2. Select Account.
3. Update the fields you want to change.
   • Email address* — Your login email - used for device verification, and document emails
   • Password* - The password used to log in
   • Name — Your display name
   • Billing address — Your billing contact details
4. Click Save Changes.

*you will need to provide your current password to change your password or email address

Important: Changing your email address

If you change your login email, make sure you have access to the new email address before saving. Device Verification codes are sent to your account email — losing access to it can lock you out of your account.
