How to Set Up Custom Redirects

Custom Redirects allow you to automatically send signers to a specific webpage after they sign or decline to sign a document. This is useful for directing signers to a thank-you page, a next-step page, or your company website.

How to Set Up Custom Redirects

  1. Go to Business Settings in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click Signing Preferences.
  3. Scroll down to the Redirects section.
  4. Enter your URL in the Post-Signature Completion Redirect URL field to redirect signers after they successfully sign.
  5. Enter your URL in the Post-Signature Decline Redirect URL field to redirect signers who decline to sign.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Note: These redirect settings apply to all documents sent from your business. You can leave either field blank if you do not need a redirect for that action.

Troubleshooting

Redirect not working: Make sure the URL you entered includes the full address (e.g., https://yourwebsite.com/thank-you). URLs without the https:// prefix may not work correctly.
