Custom Redirects automatically send signers to a specific webpage after they sign or decline a document. Useful for directing signers to a thank-you page, a next-step page, or your company website.
How to set up Custom Redirects
- Go to Business Settings in the left navigation.
- Click Signing Preferences.
- Scroll to the Redirects section.
- Enter your URL in the Post-Signature Completion Redirect URL field to redirect signers after they sign.
- Enter your URL in the Post-Signature Decline Redirect URL field to redirect signers who decline.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: These settings apply to all documents sent from your business. You can leave either field blank if you don't need a redirect for that action.
Troubleshooting
If the redirect isn't working, make sure the URL includes the full address (e.g., https://yourwebsite.com/thank-you). URLs without https:// may not work correctly.
