How to Set Up Custom Redirects

Custom Redirects automatically send signers to a specific webpage after they sign or decline a document. Useful for directing signers to a thank-you page, a next-step page, or your company website.

How to set up Custom Redirects

  1. Go to Business Settings in the left navigation.
  2. Click Signing Preferences.
  3. Scroll to the Redirects section.
  4. Enter your URL in the Post-Signature Completion Redirect URL field to redirect signers after they sign.
  5. Enter your URL in the Post-Signature Decline Redirect URL field to redirect signers who decline.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Note: These settings apply to all documents sent from your business. You can leave either field blank if you don't need a redirect for that action.

Troubleshooting

If the redirect isn't working, make sure the URL includes the full address (e.g., https://yourwebsite.com/thank-you). URLs without https:// may not work correctly.
