Downgrade Subscription

If you want to cancel or move to a lower subscription plan, you can downgrade from the Subscription page.

How to downgrade your subscription

  1. Click the business name dropdown in the top-left corner.
  2. Select Subscription.
  3. Find the plan you want to downgrade to and click Downgrade.
  4. Confirm the downgrade.

When does the downgrade take effect?

Your current plan will stay active until the end of your current billing period. Billing cycles are based on your sign‑up date. 

Monthly Plans

For example, if you started a monthly plan on January 15th, your plan renews on the 15th of each month. If you downgrade, the new plan will take effect on your next renewal date: the 15th of the following month.


Annual Plans
Annual plans remain active for the full 12‑month billing period paid for at signup or renewal. If you downgrade an annual plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current annual term, on your next renewal date.
