If you want to cancel or move to a lower subscription plan, you can downgrade from the Subscription page.
How to downgrade your subscription
- Click the business name dropdown in the top-left corner.
- Select Subscription.
- Find the plan you want to downgrade to and click Downgrade.
- Confirm the downgrade.
When does the downgrade take effect?
Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period. Billing cycles run from the 1st of each month (monthly plans) or 1st of each year (yearly plans). Your account switches to the lower plan at the start of the next billing cycle.
Refund policy
Xodo Sign does not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions.
