Change Billing Frequency

You can switch your billing frequency between monthly and yearly. Switching requires briefly downgrading to the Free plan and then re-subscribing with your preferred frequency.

How to change billing frequency

  1. Log in to your Xodo Sign account.
  2. Go to the Subscription page.
  3. Click Downgrade under the Free plan and confirm. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  4. Wait until the current billing period ends.
  5. Go back to the Subscription page and upgrade to your preferred plan, this time selecting your new billing frequency (monthly or yearly).

Note: If you'd like to switch from monthly to yearly billing mid-cycle, contact Xodo Sign Support. We can process this change at the end of your current monthly period.
