If you're having trouble logging in to your Xodo Sign account, here are the most common causes and solutions.
Wrong Email or Password
- Make sure you're using the email address you registered with.
- Check that Caps Lock is off — passwords are case-sensitive.
- Try copying and pasting your password to avoid typos.
Reset Your Password
- On the login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Xodo Sign.
- Click the reset link in the email and set a new password.
Account Doesn't Exist
If you receive an error saying your account doesn't exist, it's possible you signed up with a different email address. Try variations of your email, or create a new account.
Account Locked
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked as a security precaution. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or reset your password.
Browser Issues
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
- Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended).
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere with login.
