Login Issues

If you're having trouble logging in to your Xodo Sign account, here are the most common causes and solutions.

Wrong Email or Password

  • Make sure you're using the email address you registered with.
  • Check that Caps Lock is off — passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Try copying and pasting your password to avoid typos.

Reset Your Password

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
  3. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Xodo Sign.
  4. Click the reset link in the email and set a new password.

Account Doesn't Exist

If you receive an error saying your account doesn't exist, it's possible you signed up with a different email address. Try variations of your email, or create a new account.

Account Locked

After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked as a security precaution. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or reset your password.

Browser Issues

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
  • Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended).
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere with login.
