In-Person Signing allows someone to sign a Template Link directly on your device - no email verification required. This is ideal for situations where a customer or client is physically present, such as at a reception desk, storefront, or event.

Before You Begin
To use In-Person Signing, you must first enable it for the Template Link. Your device must also be logged in to your Xodo Sign account.
Steps to Sign a Template In-Person
- Go to Templates in the left navigation menu.
- Find the Template Link that has In-Person Signing enabled. It will show a Sign Now button.
- Click Sign Now.
- Your signer enters their name and email address on the page that appears.
- The signer is taken directly to the signing interface to complete the document.
- Once signed, the signer will receive a PDF copy of the completed document by email.
Note: Hand the device to your signer when it is time for them to enter their information and sign. Make sure the device stays logged in to your Xodo Sign account throughout the process.
Troubleshooting
No "Sign Now" button: In-Person Signing may not be enabled for this Template Link. Go to the template's dropdown menu and select Enable In-Person Signing.
Signer did not receive the PDF copy: Ask the signer to check their spam or junk folder.
