In the Document Editor, fields can be moved, resized, copied, pasted, deleted, and reassigned — all from within the editor interface.
Resize a field
Select the field — if it supports resizing, circular handles appear at each corner. Drag any handle to resize the field.
Delete a field
Select the field, then right-click and choose Delete. You can also press the Delete key on your keyboard.
Copy and paste a field
Select the field, then right-click and choose Copy. Right-click again and choose Paste to place a duplicate. Keyboard shortcuts also work: Cmd+C to copy and Cmd+V to paste (or Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V on Windows).
Reassign a field to a different signer
Select the field, then right-click and go to Reassign. Choose the signer you want to assign it to. You can also click a signer's name in the top-right panel while the field is selected.
