The AI Summarizer is built directly into the Advanced Editor (File Editor) and helps you review documents faster. With a single click, it can summarize long documents, highlight key points, and flag sensitive content — all without leaving Xodo Sign.
This feature is available on the Professional plan.
What the AI Summarizer does
- Summarize long documents — Condenses complex documents into clear bullet points or short paragraphs. Ideal for quickly reviewing contracts, proposals, or scope documents.
- Highlight key points — Identifies and emphasizes the most important information so you can focus on what matters.
- Flag sensitive content — Detects personal data, legal clauses, or other content that may require closer attention or redaction.
How to use the AI Summarizer
- Open your file in the File Editor (Advanced Editor).
- Click the AI Summarizer button on the right side of the editor.
- Click Generate Summary.
- Review the summary, act on any flagged content, and continue your signing process.
Requirements
The AI Summarizer requires a Xodo Sign Professional plan. Once subscribed, the feature is available directly inside the Advanced Editor.
