Xodo Sign billing cycles run from the 1st of each month (for monthly plans) or the 1st of each year (for yearly plans). Here's how billing works in common scenarios.
Subscribing mid-month
If you subscribe on a day other than the 1st, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of that month. On the 1st of the following month, you'll be charged the full monthly rate.
Example: You subscribe on October 15 to a plan at $9.99/month. You're charged approximately $5 (half the monthly rate) for the remaining days of October. On November 1, the full $9.99 charge applies.
Upgrading your subscription
When you upgrade to a higher plan mid-month, you're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of the current month at the new plan's rate. The full new rate applies from the 1st of the following month.
Downgrading your subscription
If you downgrade, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. You'll switch to the lower plan at the start of the next billing cycle.
Switching from monthly to yearly billing
To switch from monthly to yearly billing, contact Xodo Sign Support. The change will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. You'll be charged for the remaining months of the current year, then a full 12-month charge at the start of the new year.
Invoices
All invoices are available in your Account settings under the Billing section.
