The Image field lets signers upload an image directly into the document during signing. Common uses include company stamps, quality seals, logos, profile photos, and floor plans.
How to add an Image field
- In the Prepare step, drag the Image field from the sidebar onto your document.
- Resize the field to define the maximum display area for the uploaded image.
- Assign the field to a specific signer, or leave it as a No Signer field to pre-fill it yourself.
How it works for signers
When a signer reaches an Image field, they'll be prompted to upload an image. Xodo Sign automatically centers and resizes the image to fit within the field boundaries, keeping the original proportions.
File size limit
Image files must be 5 MB or smaller. Larger, higher-resolution images generally produce better results on the final document.
