Xodo Sign email notifications are configured on a per-user basis. Every user - including team members - can manage their own notification preferences independently.

How to Update Your Notification Settings
- Click the business name dropdown in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select User Settings from the menu.
- Scroll down to the Notifications section.
- Check or uncheck the following options based on your preferences:
- Notify me when a document I have sent is opened - receive an email when a signer views your document
- Send me a daily summary of outstanding documents - receive a daily digest of documents still awaiting signatures
- Click Save Changes.
Note: These settings only affect your account. Team members must update their own notification preferences in their own User Settings.
Troubleshooting
Not receiving notification emails: Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure the notification options above are checked and that you have clicked Save Changes.
Receiving too many emails: Uncheck the daily summary option or the "document opened" notification to reduce the number of emails you receive.
