How to Manage Email Notifications

Email notifications in Xodo Sign are configured per user. Every user — including team members — can manage their own notification preferences independently.

How to update your notification settings

  1. Click the business name dropdown in the top-left corner.
  2. Select User Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Notifications section.
  4. Check or uncheck your preferred options:
    • Notify me when a document I have sent is opened — get an email when a signer views your document
    • Send me a daily summary of outstanding documents — receive a daily digest of documents still awaiting signatures
  5. Click Save Changes.

Note: These settings only affect your account. Team members must update their own preferences in their own User Settings.

Troubleshooting

  • Not receiving notifications: Check your spam folder. Make sure the notification options are checked and you've clicked Save Changes.
  • Receiving too many emails: Uncheck the daily summary or "document opened" option to reduce notifications.
