Email notifications in Xodo Sign are configured per user. Every user — including team members — can manage their own notification preferences independently.
How to update your notification settings
- Click the business name dropdown in the top-left corner.
- Select User Settings.
- Scroll to the Notifications section.
- Check or uncheck your preferred options:
- Notify me when a document I have sent is opened — get an email when a signer views your document
- Send me a daily summary of outstanding documents — receive a daily digest of documents still awaiting signatures
- Click Save Changes.
Note: These settings only affect your account. Team members must update their own preferences in their own User Settings.
Troubleshooting
- Not receiving notifications: Check your spam folder. Make sure the notification options are checked and you've clicked Save Changes.
- Receiving too many emails: Uncheck the daily summary or "document opened" option to reduce notifications.
