Xodo Sign keeps a detailed activity log for every document, so you always know who viewed, signed, or took any action on a document.

Document history in Xodo Sign

View Document History

  1. Log in to your Xodo Sign account.
  2. Click Documents in the left menu.
  3. Open the document you want to review.
  4. Click on Audit Log or scroll to the activity section at the bottom of the document detail page.

What's Recorded in the History

The document history includes a timestamped log of every event, such as:

  • Document created and sent
  • Each signer viewing the document
  • Each signer completing their signature
  • Reminders sent
  • Document completed, cancelled, or declined
  • Any modifications or comments

Download the Audit Log

For compliance purposes, you can download the full audit log as part of the completed document. The audit log is embedded in the signed PDF and also available as a separate certificate.
