If a signer says they haven't received your signature request email, here's how to resolve it.
Ask the Signer to Check Spam
Signature request emails sometimes end up in the spam or junk folder. Ask the signer to:
- Check their Spam or Junk folder.
- Search their inbox for "Xodo Sign" or "xodosign.com".
- Add [email protected] to their contacts to prevent future emails from being filtered.
Verify the Email Address
Double-check that you entered the correct email address when adding the signer. In your document's detail view, confirm the signer's email is listed correctly.
Resend the Signature Request
You can send a reminder to nudge the signer:
- Open the document in your Xodo Sign dashboard.
- Click Send Reminder next to the signer's name.
- The signer will receive a new email with the signing link.
Corporate Email Filters
Some corporate email systems have strict spam filters that block automated emails. Ask the signer to have their IT department whitelist emails from xodosign.com.
